Booking for a parent
Many of our bookings are made by adult children who can't take time off work. Book online or call us, and we'll keep you updated.
For aged care providers

Common questions
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Family members, carers and facility staff can book on a passenger's behalf.
Will the driver wait while they get ready?
The first 5 minutes of waiting are free, then per-minute waiting applies.
Can Home Care Package funding pay?
Check with your package provider. We can supply an invoice for each trip.
