Healthcare transport demands more than a driver behind a wheel. Every CareDrive partner is verified, trained and continuously monitored so hospitals, NDIS coordinators, aged-care teams and families can rely on us.
Driver Onboarding
Every partner completes CareDrive's structured onboarding programme: application, identity verification, background checks, disability & healthcare transport training, and readiness assessment before their first trip.
Identity Verification
Government-issued photo ID is checked against the applicant. Only verified individuals can progress to activation.
NSW Driving History
We collect and review NSW Driving History reports on every driver and re-verify every 90 days. Drivers with poor histories are refused.
Police Checks
National Police Checks are mandatory for every partner. NDIS Worker Screening Checks are required for participants under the NDIS.
Insurance
All active vehicles carry comprehensive commercial passenger insurance. Coverage is verified on activation and renewed continuously.
Vehicle Inspections
Vehicles are inspected and re-verified regularly. Interior photos, roadworthy certification and rego status are all monitored inside the CareDrive Hub.
Compliance Monitoring
Our operations team is alerted the moment any driver's document expires or non-compliance is detected. Non-compliant drivers are immediately placed on hold.
Continuous Verification
Every document, insurance policy and check is re-validated against expiry dates. There is no such thing as a 'set and forget' driver on CareDrive.
Compliance built into every workflow
We built the CareDrive Hub — our internal operations platform — around compliance-first principles. Every driver has a live compliance profile. Every document has an expiry. Every trip is auditable.
