We collect information you provide when booking a ride, contacting us, or applying to drive — including your name, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses, NDIS participant information (where relevant), and any accessibility or care requirements.

How we use it

To arrange your transport, coordinate with support workers and plan managers, communicate about your bookings, improve our service, and meet legal obligations including insurance and safety requirements.

Sharing

We share information only with our drivers, your nominated support coordinator (where applicable), and trusted service providers. We never sell your information.
