Bookings

Bookings are confirmed by email or SMS. We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance where possible. Last-minute and recurring bookings are subject to driver availability.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to the base trip charge.

NDIS billing

For NDIS participants, invoices are issued in line with applicable transport categories. Plan managers and self-managed participants will receive itemised invoices for each trip.

Conduct & safety

All passengers and accompanying support persons must wear seatbelts and follow reasonable safety directions from our drivers. We reserve the right to refuse service in the rare event of unsafe behaviour.

Liability

CareDrive maintains comprehensive vehicle and public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the cost of the trip in question.
